F.1. DISTRIBUTION OF TASKS (8 points)

Please explain the distribution of tasks between participating institutions and the competences required from each of them.

Also explain how you will ensure the active envolvement of all partners in common partnership activities.

The coordinating school Hungary will link with all participants in relation to project calendar, agreed deadlines and monitor the progress of the project on a regular basis. The plan of the tasks and activities will be displayed on the wiki and it will be checked every month by the coordinators. Coordinators have had experiences with international or school projects. They will manage the development of the project and will focus on cross-cultural initiatives. They are in charge of supervising the intended tasks to be carried out, publishing results, making sure communication progresses smoothly, and assuring the final product is of a high-quality and the evaluation is done. We will ensure the active involvement of the partners by Skype conferences held monthly, by emails and during the project meetings.
Poland is the most experienced with ICT, will be in charge of ICT competitions and our final joint product the Hidden European Talents wiki. England will help with the proper language and organize the language competitions in English. Germany will organize the foreign language competitions in German and as they have similar school programme, the Hidden Treasure story-writing competition. Croatia will be liable for lyrics and they will monitor the on- line international picture and hobby dictionary because they teach older students with special interests of languages. Hungary will coordinate students’ visits and they will organise the on-line surveys as the organisational competences are needed to carry out these tasks. As Slovakia has been involved in Comenius projects before, they will be responsible for the evaluation and design of the Hidden Talents Mosaic. Romania is able to ensure a high level of organisation and will host the final conference and they will also be in charge of the mascot contest.
Apart from activities which can be done by each school separately, we planned a set of activities which must to be done jointly. The smooth collaboration is indispensible to carry out wiki, surveys and competitions. The circulating story will enforce, in a natural way, the frequent communication between schools. The Mascots’ blog will be a natural diary of the project. On-line surveys and competitions, which will be aimed at all students, will be undertaken by the whole school community.
