F.2. COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION (4 points)

Please explain how effective cooperation and communication between participating institutions will be organised.

It is the final version!

The partnership between schools in Hungary, Romania and Poland has been strong since 2007. During this period we worked out the best solution for well-organized and effective communication and we intend to build on this in this project.
We set up the wiki at the very beginning of the project, at the application stage to have our common place for communication in English. (http://hiddentalents2012.wikispaces.com). Here each partner can present their ideas and final agreement is achieved. The coordinators at schools will coordinate work and provide a framework for students and teachers and make sure the information flows. Our project roadmap includes checkpoints to control whether we follow the plan. The project coordinator will be responsible for checking if all activities have been done. Besides this, we are going to organise individual teacher exchanges, videoconferences between schools to give our colleagues the chance to see and talk to their partners. During the mobility meetings each school will provide possibilities for partners to introduce their countries and schools. The Hidden European Talents wiki conducted by children will be another area of the collaboration. A school mascot is intended to keep its blog which will be another checking point of realisation of the project. Various thematic contests, events and projects will be organized to discover children’s hidden talents and provide them with an international audience. At the very beginning of the project students will create their self-portraits and send them to partner schools. They will design mascots that will visit their homes and write a diary during the two years. Children will write and illustrate lyrics and circulating stories together on international level. Student and teacher-made films will enable us to broaden our communication.
While carrying out the project, we will use e-mail and ordinary mail, and we will connect with participating colleagues using Skype or messenger calls, chats and conference. There will be class partnerships during the project, they will communicate by writing letters, emails, messenger and exchanging files and photos.
