How will you evaluate, during and after the partnership, whether the aims of the partnership have been met and the expected impact has been achieved? Need to be read
Coordinators will maintain the teachers’ HIDDEN TALENTS2012 wiki, a place accessible for everyone to be read. There will be sites in national languages for parents and local authorities. The work programme will be inserted there so that school staffs, students and their parents will be able to observe our progress. In the life-time of project during each project meeting the ongoing or finished activities will be evaluated by the coordinators and teachers and the result will be put on the Wiki. Reports on the progress of the partnership and its impact on the participating pupils and teachers, including the participating institutions, will be updated each month. We will do in- term evaluation during mobilities. We will use our evaluation tools: discussions, observation, e-mail, questionnaires, surveys and interviews. Each mobility will be evaluated by all participants (students, staff and parents) using the joint questionnaires. The answers should help host teachers to evaluate the success of the meeting, the impact on them, and the results will be published on our Wiki.
At the end of the project all schools will make a closing ceremony and do an ex- post evaluation or summarive evaluation to evaluate the project, a questionnaire on different evaluation level- to inform about the teachers, students and parents opinion. The conference in Bucharest during the last meeting will be when the brochure about our project will be published.
The use of various methods of media and ICT will enable the students and teachers to evaluate the project and to express their opinions on the project blog page. The progress in foreign languages and ICT will be checked in competitions. The best evidence whether the aims have been met and expected impact has been achieved will be the children’s contributions - the illustrated stories, lyrics, dictionaries, mosaics, CDs and DVDs with songs and shows. Each participating school will establish project portfolios containing representative pieces of textual, art, electronic, photographic together with our created mascot and other work connected with our project. It shows what abilities could expanded.
